Direct 3D Modeling of Upper Garments from Images

چکیده

As an efficient approach to create garments with a designer’s Kansei, we developed method for three-dimensional (3D) garment modeling sleeves by deforming 3D reference clothing model according the contours of images aim apply it patternmaking. We determined appropriate bodice from various dress forms. made sleeve sweeping armhole whose was on plane. Using this method, obtained models two jacket bodices and each using front side views. After adjusting positions sleeve, sleeve. intersection surfaces models. successfully armholes proposed method. also patterns that reflected armhole. The simulated exhibited similar shape curved shapes along arm. Thus, demonstrated efficiently Kansei model.
